Refund More Than 2 Years Overdue

I was a former student at UJ doing my MCom Finance, in 2020, i paid my registration fee and i was later told that I shouldn't have paid since i completed my studies in 2019 and it was not my fault that my dissertation was not yet marked, and it was a delay on the University's part.

I was then told that I would get my registration refunded in full, but two years later after numerous follow ups as well as driving to campus on some occasions, I still have not received my money.

i have exhausted all ways possible to get my refund even though my UJ financial statement clearly shows the funds that i paid that are due to me.

This is so frustrating and I dont see myself EVER studying there. for a person who did their degree, Honours and Masters to be treated like this ?
