Refund for cancelled course

In early February 2018 I paid UJ R5500x2 by mistake. I only had to pay them R5500 for registration but ended up paying them R11000. I called them and asked for my other R5500 back and they declined to return it back to me. So I decided to cancel the course to recoup all my money. On the 15th I uploaded bank statements and ID copies for my refund then on the 26th of Feb I app**** for the refund. The status of my refund still says payment on hold. I just want my damn money from this shady university. So it’s the wish of this university for students to overpay registration fee so you can keep it. Pay back my hard earned money, period nxa yeses.
