Refund

My name is Mpho Modutoane. My son Thato Modutoane was student number ***0at University of Johannesburg at Auckland Park Doing LLB.

I have complained regarding the varsity,I have paid R21870 and my son has requested a refund of that amount on 16 September 2024,the status still says PAYMENT REQUEST ON HOLD.

Can i kingly help me what is really going on And I have Proof payment amount paid.
