****** attitude by a certain Dr Jarbandhan, Vain in the School of Public Management and Governance

I have a team of over 20 employees with whom we would like to send to UJ for the program Online Masters Degree in Public Management and Governance. So my HOD sent me to enquire how the examinations would be done since this is a non-interactive classes between lecturers and students. The guy clearly a well learned Dr Jarbandhan, Vain with his problem in accepting all races in SA, struggled to communicate with me. He first said I should apply for the program then I will hear from the selection committee. I rep**** that I only sought the information for decision making for our employees. Given that I am black, he rep**** and said I must apply first, then we will discuss. This guy clearly has a problem handling what he has consumed alone when he deals with Africans. He has since refused, he is turning Africans away from the program. Thus, we decided to continue only with Wits University. This idiot dumb and dung has lost it. UJ is represented by people with ****** biasness and he is exposed because I have his responses in writing. I just can't keep up with ******s from across all races, I am prepared to take him one on one. That is why I am exposing him
