QVS Academic Transcript

I called UJ for my academic transcript the lady referred me to QVS system. I loged into QVS and ordered my transcrpt which required me to make a payment. I have payed R604 on 26 February 2018 till today I have not received my electronic version. I keep following up with them and no response, what is more frustrating is that when I go back onto the system it doesnt show my request history reference :-(

I feel like this QVS system is a ****>>>I want my money back!
