Qualification not available / Former TWR student

I am a former TWR ( Wi****ersrand Technikon) student who was supposed to have graduated in year 2000 with Electrical Engineering Light Current National Diploma, However I never received any form of communication from them even though I have documentation that shows that I have passed everything I was only left with my In service training of which I submitted and that's when I was told that I will be getting correspondence regarding graduation and I never received anything,, Now that the all the institution ( wits Technikon, RAU and Vista University) have merged I have been trying to ascertain why my diploma has not been issued no ones seems to know why .I only received feedback that was inaccurate that my diploma was not issued because I have failed EER3111 NETWORK SYSTEMS and ASY331 CONTROL SYSTEMS 1111 of which these two modules were never part of the curriculum during my time at TWR all the subjects I have in my statement of results are the only ones that were part of the qualification. When I challenged UJ re : this they said I'M supposed to enroll and do the above mentioned modules of which I think it is unfair because they were not part of my qualification then and no one see
