Poor service

The admin staff are always so rude to students they don’t want to assist but their job is to give assistance out to the students, the main campus has a very rude lady working at finance who gets annoyed with everyone that requires her help. Question is why choose a job you know for sure you hate only to make the lives of others so unbearable? It is really pathetic because students travel quite far to come get assistance at the campuses only for them to turn them back with absolutely no place to go to. You try calling them they won’t pick up their phones if they do they hang up on you...it is really bad and so unnecessary.
