Poor service and lack of professionalism

I Started my first year in 2013 during that time I was on a student loan with standard bank of which I'm still paying for. In 2014 my mom paid for my fees with the money she received from the passing of my brother... she managed to pay for my registration fees in 2015 and other amount and I was owing UJ R32, 892 for 2015. In 2016 I got a NSFAS bursary and they paid for my historic dept of which I signed for and when I signed the amount was R32, 892 for 2015. Now I get a statement with incorrect figures they say I was on NSFAS 2014. I have a UJ statement that proofs that the money was paid cash in 2014. I contacted Nsfas uj nothing was being done. I requested for a half day at work 29/06/2018 I went to their offices directly and came in to contact with Evelyn Mareletse, She ignored me for some time and when she finally decided to help me she was very sarcastic, she refused to print my Nsfas statements and said she couldn't help me. All I wanted to do was for them to send Nsfas the money they took for 2014 under my name because I was not on Nsfas during that time but nothing is being done. I contacted Nsfas and they requested for the money to be transferred back to them but Evelyn Mareletse was not very helpful and I don't know who I can talk to regarding the matter. I just want to pay the amount I'm owing Nsfas, the amount I signed for not the one Nsfas uj took in 2014.
