Poor service

Worst service ever from faculty of health science, they made me pay registration fee and after tells me I don’t meet their criteria and again refuses to refund me and say I must I apply for refund in March. I have been calling the faculty and when I ask questions their answer is “will that be all” I’m so disappointed.
