Poor Administrative Services

I have been highly disappointed in my dealings with UJ the past two weeks.

I have made countless phone calls and sent numerous emails asking for a letter of approval stating that my degrees were taught in English. This is to assist me with obtaining my UK work Visa.

UJ have not been willing to assist me with this request and have sent me on the run around on numerous occasions. This is now delaying the process of me obtaining my work visa for next year.

As a former student and alumni of the university I expected much better service.
