Paid but no service at all

I have requested the university to send transcripts and have paid 400 and on ther website it's stated waiting period to be 30 days. Been calling and sending emails and no one is helping me all the do is keep on copying one another on email with no results. They don't take my calls and as former student I am so dissapointed in the UJ never used to be like this
