Nsfas at University of Johannesburg

I completed my qualification at University of Johannesburg at the year 2019 December. I haven't received my qualification due to outstanding debt for Nsfas. To my surprise I have been using Nsfas from 2***. I reached out to Nsfas offices at UJ several times but i havent got any positive feedback regarding my matter. So basically Nsfas is refusing to pay for my 2019 fees meanwhile i was fully funded. I fail to understand why NSFAS refuse to pay outstanding balance on the last year while they paid for all other years? Kindly seeking for assistance, I cannot get jobs due to no proof of qualification.
