Not allocated fees

<p>Final payment of university fees was paid in full on 04/08/16. Student marks are retained due to outstanding balances. I contacted the relevant department, I spoke with Julie who asked for the proof of payment and she told me the problem should be sovled in the next 24 hours. After the time elpsed she has not contacted me back to let me know why my problem is not resolved. I sent an email and i still don't have a reply, I also tried to phone and noboby answered my call.</p>
