Non provision of deregistration information

I registered a course with the university(Bridging Programme in Finance). On the 19th of February 2016 i went to de-register the same course on the basis that i was incorrectly informed and the course would not serve a purpose to what i actually wanted.<br> <br> Upon arrival at the university on the i was told that if i de-register for the course, i would have to pay 50% of the fees for the 1st semester modules. I was told on that specific day that to be reimbursed fully, i should have deregistered on/before the 15th of February 2016. On that note, none of the information was provided to me upon registration for the course and the very same information is not available online.<br> <br> Currently i would like to be fully reimbursed by the university since i have not benefited anything that is related to the course itself and this intrigues me as i have not written even a single test relating to the course but i have to pay the costs related to it. this is blatant ******* as a service has not been provided but the cost is being charged.<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Mpho Leseka
