Non payment from University of Johannesburg

I consulted at UJ and invoiced. After months of run around to apply as a vendor and processing of invoice, sadly I am dreaming of getting paid.

UJ seems to be unable to pay and I warn all vendors and future vendors to be aware of the ****.
