No Refund for Res Application Fee in 7 months!!

The University of Johannesburg's Finance Department has treated me badly when it comes to a refund! They claim to make the payment within 14 business days after receiving the documents needed. I made the payment 7 months ago (Yes that's right!) and have been waiting for a refund of the residence application fee after my brother did not get the place to study there. I feel that UJ is totally *********** in this area! My brother, Trust Mahlangu was asked to submit the refund form 4 months ago. He did. He was then told that he should some back in February since the department is now closed for refunds. He did come back and remind them in February 2015. Since then we have been asked the same documents more than 4 times already through a string of more than 20 emails. The last submission was made on the 24th of March 2015 (18 working days ago) and still no payment has been made. I have had to follow up several times without any joy. UJ, I am very disappointed and feel dealt with unjustly so please sort this out soon!
