No one knows the process and no feedback

My son app**** last year for admission. I checked the status of admission and found that he is not selected for the electrical engineering. I counted the points and spoke to call center. As per the call center and engineering department - My son do meet full requirement of points. but as per the call center they select the candidates only based on 11th grade marks not on metric result !!! He is accepted for TUKS and UCT but not for UJ !!. I called call centre for more than 50 calls and they keep on transferring calls to one another. They don't know why they can't give admission even if the candidate is fully meeting the requirements. No SMS NO feedback No ownership No walk ins. Online system does not refresh at all. Really very pathetic management. 3 more days to go and otherwise let's accept the offer from other good university.
