No Feedback after a month

I was initially approved in 2019 for Advanced Diploma In Financial Markets As I was not provided with a pro-forma invoice in time regarding a bursary, I then opted to obtain another qualification. Tried to apply last year, but then I was conditionally admitted for Advanced Diploma In Financial Markets and my application will only be reviewed once I have completed, passed and submitted a certificate of Recognition of Prior learning (RPL). I am not willing to go the route of a RPL taking I was initially approved without this requirement I have been mailing *** , however since 20 July, no feedback. I provided copy of my latest NQF8 qualification as well as academic transcript. The only mail I received was to reset a password on the UJ site that I am also having difficulties with. Is no feedback actually telling me that I will not be assisted? Poor service
