No Certificate since September 2014 after passing

I attended the Corporate Certificate course at UJ, and received my results in September 2014. Since then, I have been requesting Rina Goossens to send me my certificate and my request has fallen on deaf ears. There has been over 20 email exchanges between me and her, where she promises to send the certificate....to date nothing has been sent. <br> <br> Can someone in this departments please send me my certificate!
