Masego is useless

The worst service ever!!!!! I have been trying to get a stamped and signed transcript from UJ and it has been a Nightmare. Firstly I was asked to speak to Freedom who tried his utmost best to assist but couldn't. He then referred me to Masego and MAsego is useless cause her phone just rings with no reply. Can I please have a signed and stamped transcript so that I can apply at another institution to further my studies please. The closing date for TUT application is on the 30th of Septmeber and the istituion wont accept the transcrip that I have cause its not signed.
