Low level of Customer service

So I just want to reflect on the subject that University Coordinators that should be helping you with making your administration hurdles as smooth as possible have turned into nurses at Government Hospitals that are rude ,have no sympathy whatsoever and before actually being kind to help you would rather fight you till they lose. University costs alot of money and I doubt anyone is keen on paying for bad treatment . - thank you for the service Iris Machea. Not!!!!!
