Loosing assignements and incorrect marking

Uj lost My assignment and I had to fight for more then 2 weeks for them to accept responsibility for it, even though I had proof, I had the tracking no the date, the persons name and id no who signed for the parcel. however now this is done and I rewrote the exam, however they then marked my assignment. however the reason for the complaint is that in the year prior to this I failed marketing management in October 2013 and then again in January 2014 and failed it again only worst. so I then had to pay again to wright this exam, in October 2014 R2500. I then arranged in September that I write this exam in January 2015. to give me enough time to study, I even contacted the university for assistance on this one subject however they where unable to assist me as they do not have previous exam papers. so I studied hard and long for this subject and wrote it in January 2015. now I failed it again. I don't believe that I have failed this subject again as it is almost impossible to fail the same subject 3 times in a row, the reason why I know that I did not fail, was that I knew the answers as I was so prepared. I believe that they are ******** people for more money.
