Lack of product knowledge from staff

I have phoned UJ several times for assistance, as I am having a problem with logging on to the student portal. Each time I get through to a consultant, They say "they have no idea" on how to assist me. This is very disappointing as they are also unable to direct my call to a department that can assist me. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO ASSIST CALLERS!!!
