Heartbroken

I am a student at the university of johannesburg, 2015 i paid my own fees, 2016 i used NSFAS as well as 2017 . And i did sign up for those those 2 years, later on i got a merit bursary from eskom because i had good marks. And it was not allowing students who had 2 bursaries i had nsafas which was a loan hence the took me and paid me money which i was suppose to take from UJ . But i did not take it knowing i will still come back and study but now nsfas is taking the money i signed for 2017 which i knew i will use for my btech . My statement was -42888 and now all the money is gone i owe the school 31000 which i can not afford and i was never told i owe because i had a balance on my statement. I studies so hard but only to be depressed about fees in which Uj is controlling the wrong wa and even at the nsfas offices they are unhelpful .. i have to pay 50% of the money i owe but i know i do not owe money because i signed up for nsfas 2017 so the money on my statement pays for my btech for that money to be returned back to nasfas i had to agree with it. I am very depressed with no place to stay here at jhb....i am sleeping outside in the rain because i owe i am from limpopo i didnt owe any money yesteday but today i do.. i told them i will pay the registration fee but still no one helped me. Please assist me i am stranded and i didnt study so hard for all the 4 years to give up on my dreams right now. I am working i earn r3500 as ana intern, if nsfas cant return my money its fine i will do a stop order so uj takes out money from my account until i have paid up the money. Thats all i ask . My dad passed on and my grams had to take a loan for my first year and a loan to make a home for me as well..now we cannot take another loan it will **** us.
