HEALTH SCIENCES DEPARTMENT INCOMPETENCE

I app**** for honors last year May when applications opened. I received an email saying I should send my documents to an email where my documents would be processed, the email was clear to say that I should separate my documents and I did as the requested. A month went by without a response and I called the university and they told me that they haven’t received my documents and I should send the documents again. I did as I was told. And another month went by without a response, I called again and I was told the same thing, I sent my documents again. Same thing happened and I called their admissions department and I spoke to someone by the name Sewela* with the most condescending tone, very rude and I asked her to give me an email of someone I can complain to and she did, so she gave me her email address where I could send one document that was missing( so now they can process the documents) I sent the documents and now it’s already October 2023!!! OCTOBER 2023 with a process that started from May!!!! It is only then that I received an acceptance letter, I was provisionally accepted!!! So I called this month asking when the status is going to change and why am I being put on a waiting list and I was told that is because I app**** late!!! LATE?????? Now I’m livid because they’ve rejected my application because they don’t have space! It’s full but I have app**** in May and because some *********** person decided to not check my documents on time!!!! I need this solved because this is unfair to me I app**** on time!
