Frustration with an indication of an NQF Level in my qualification transcript

I used to be UJ's student for Education Honours in 1997. I Passed but i never registered further. This year I have decided to pursue my Masters in Education with them. I didn't get a response (probably because my aggregate percentage is below 65%) That's fine and good.

I then app**** for my Masters from UKZN. UKZN requested me to sent a transcript for my Honours qualification that indicates my NQF Level. I started requesting for this piece of paper in the middle of September. Month end of September came and went but UJ was not giving me this paper. I even asked for half day at work so that I can start there physically. Still no paper. When I was there I was promised that the paper will follow me. Today its the 4th of November. UKZN applications closed 30th of September already but they had extended just for me. But even today there is nothing on my inbox. Now I have just received an email from UKZN to say that today is the very last day of extending. That means in 2025 I am not studying because of UJ
