Finance stuff incompetence

If you are being assisted by Tshepo Leboho from Finance department, then you will agree with me that, he is *********** honestly. I have been sending emails and trying to call him for weeks. I have been trying to register from the 25th of January, and have not received feedback from this man till to date. Mind you, the registration has been extended twice and this man has not responded to any of my emails and he declines all my calls, since last week. Even after I told him that his actions are putting my job in jeopardy. I am sorry but no one, in customer service, should decline a call especially when I am a cash paying customer/student. I am actually in awe because even his boss, did not assist much she just forwarded the email to another finance person who did not assist.
