Finance administrator at UJ *****ing NSFAS MONEY from students.

The Finance department is honestly the most horrible at this entire institution.

My sister has been blocked from registering for the 2020 academic year because apparently she was not funded by NSFAS which is contrary to what she was advised of in 2019 when she registered. In 2019 she was advised that she has been approved by NSFAS and her student number was published on the list of approved students. She then received a monthly allowance which she believed to be from NSFAS.

To our surprise, she is now being told that she has a total of R72000.00 outstanding fees as she was not approved by NSFAS. When questioning how this could be possible the finance administrator names ZINHLE PILENYANE walked away and locked herself in her office and refused to answer to these discrepancies or give any explanation.
