Failure to issue transcripts

I requested UJ to email me my transcript and confirmation letter that the course was done in English. This is a request for my visa application for immigration purposes.

However UJ cooperate and governance department has failed me completely. They asked me to wait for 2021 irrespective of emphasising the importance of my request.

I am truly disappointed that now my immigration process has to be delayed because someone failed to have empathy
