DONT CARE ATTITUDES

My daughter graduated with a Psychology Degree in 2016. She requested that they provide her with a letter stating that she has graduated from them and the year. They advised that she register on their website which she did. The response she received was that it would take 15 days. She cannot wait 15 days as this is required for employment purposes. This type of service is unacceptable.
