I was at the student finance, to unblock my profile so that I can register at the Faculty.<br> the gentleman who helped me, read the letter which I got from my company(Bursary letter).<br> the gentleman told me that the letter I had is a copy and therefore cannot be acceptable and he cannot help me to unblock the profile. he later told me that the lady who deals with bursary student is not in. I mentioned to the guy that the letter is not a copy, I am 100% sure, and he couldn't believe me and I was not willing to help. he later phoned my company, same letter<br> <br> I did not like the service that he was rendering to me, especially because I knew for sure that my letter was not a copy, and since they had incidences where a ********** letter was submitted. and there the signature on my letter was also not original. the University cannot generalize and think every student at the university is a suspect. The university must have systems in place to ensure ********** letters are not submitted. they cannot claim that the signature is not real, by just looking at the type of pen used unless the guy who helped me was an expert and was willing to testify in the court of law that the letter was a copy
