Disqualifying home owner to make business with university due to unfairly policy

I’m the own of the house in Jan Hofmeyer which I converted and revemp my house soley to accommodate student which it’s fully furnished and suitable to accommodate students more over it also comply with safety as it’s installed with first aid. Signages and have a security company for the safety of student. The policy which I believe it need to be waived off or have a proper team to deal is the policy of Coj land consent for Commune which my property cannot be accredited because of that certificate which I went to Municipalities in Johannesburg and I was advise that it take min of 3 to 6 months to get the certificate which personally I feel it unfair for me to wait that much long moreover the university team is still subjected to come and assess my house and approve or decline even though I receive that certificate. Therefore the fact that even though I have the Coj certificate this doesn’t mean my house will be accredited as Uj team still need to come so in my point of view why can’t Uj have proper team for Coj land use or alternative that don’t disqualify us in providing service to university as currently even though the house do meet the standard of university but I cannot provide service due to Coj which I need to wait for max 6 before I can get accreditation and also what is the use of Coj certificate as university even if I did provided to them they can still disqualify the house if it’s not in a good standard. In my conclusion university must create a proper team for Coj or give alternative which will not disqualify home owners to be accredited because of the *********** department that make you wait for of 6months for the certificate while knowing that it will be approved. Kindly provide a solution as I would appreciate to be fairly treated and not lose accredited because of policy which are meant to directly to disqualify home owners. Regard Mthokozisi cell **********
