Disappointed in admin - registration

My son app**** at UJ in 2014. UJ sent him an initial statement with an amount per subject. Based on that amount, he app**** for a bursary.<br> In Jan 2015 he requested a statement to forward to the company who awarded the bursary. The subjects and amounts differed from the original. When he registered, the subjects AGAIN differed (8 then 9 then 10 subjects).<br> With the differing amounts, his bursary now no longer covers his fees and there is no surplus for textbooks (he had included this when he app**** for the bursary.)<br> Yes, the one statement stated that the fees are subject to change, but what is the point of a quotation then? ~ Surely by August/September of one year, UJ should know what they will be charging per subject in 5 months' time?<br> ~ How can the agents keep listing different subjects for the same person, same application, same degree? One agent said my son can't do the one subject this year as he needs a pre-subject
