Disappointed

I have been using Nedbank money app to pay for my school fees at UJ until this month where I deposited money and 3 weeks later it hasn’t reflected and i have been trying to get hold of UJ finance and all their numbers no one is picking them up ********** *** When i send e-mails they also not responding meaning i have to take leatand go to UJ just to have this sorted out, and I haven’t seen my exam results for last year, why do they have numbers if they wont pick up their calls? After paying R46000 for one year now I cannot see my results and im graduating this year meaning I won’t get my certificate
