DELAYED REFUND

My younger brother registered and paid a registration fee of R3800 at the beginning of this year 2015. Only later were we told that the subject he wants to study is full. We have filled in the refund forms, called numerous times, but we're always given one excuse or the other. The refund is long overdue from the time we started calling and sending email. This is rather upsetting and very unprofessional considering that UJ is a well recognized university, you'd expect much from them.
