Cannot get a response for reprints of academic records

I am trying to get reprint copy of my academic record and transcript. I used the online portal to apply AND pay for 4 documents.

I have had ZERO response or acknowlegment! I cannot get through on any of the landline numbers - they all just refer me back to the website. None of the 5 email addresses I write to respond.

This is disgustingly third world standards.
