B.Tech Ops application

I have app**** for a Bachelor's degree at the beginning of the year. And till this day have no idea what happened, I kept checking the portal but nothing showed if I was accepted or not, I called and was told I will get confirmation via email. This is the second time now... Cause last year I also tried applying. I'm a U.J graduate and this is by far the worst service I've ever received from U.J. This is plain unprofessionalism!
