Bad, *********, unprofessional communication

Last year my daughter was in grade 12 and app**** to study BA ACCOUNTING at University of Johannesburg and Everything went well with the application were the response was swift and we knew she was going to study at UJ this year. then she got a message saying she's now on the waiting list and that made me worried sick. on Saturday 28/01/2023 my daughter got a message that UJ regrets that the space is full in the course she wanted to study and the closing date for late applications closed on 26/01/2023 in case she wanted to apply for another course. i have never been so disappointed with the low level of professionalism displayed bu UJ staff and now i have my daughter in my house doing nothing as she is disappointed with the service given to her having app**** immediately when applications opened last year already. If the is money i have to pay for my child to go to UJ can i be told how much above what the course require.
