Bad bad service from Divani and get team

I app**** for a Advanced Diploma more then the 3weeks ago with no feedback, I've spoke to numerous people at the university, a week ago I called the team leader Divani advising her that our bursary applications are closing, however I managed to get an extension till tomorrow morning, Divani told me that I should get feedback on Monday which was yesterday as the people she escalated to was in leave, this morning when I send her an email she responded with an email saying that, the guys that were on leave are gonna escalate further to another department, where is the urgency in this matter, what's going on at UJ I need feedback by the end of this business day
