Application Process Just terrifying!

I am a returning student who has 3/4 more moduales to compete. I contacted UJ in hopes to get assistance with the online application process.

I called them at 12:23pm regarding the assistance I requested. The person I spoke with kept on complaining about not being able to log into my profile to the extent where the call went on for a good 25min.

After that they disconnected the phone. I know its Friday and work is the last thing on peoples minds but this is the worst thing I have ever experienced. When you purposely deprive someone an education that is worse that taking food from a persons table.

List of requests and demands for your redemption: 1, Call me on Monday at 12:00 to assist me with the online application process.

Issued experienced while trying to apply online: 1, My application is not being processed due to a "Re-registration attachment" that is requested, what is that all about? 2, Since there are 4 moduales that I did not complete, does that mean that I have to redo the entire year or?? 3, Do you guys have a UJ campus at the Western Cape, if so can I get accommodation? 4, Help me with the NEFSAS applications.
