Admission staff go far and beyond

I have been struggling for weeks with my online application. I app**** as soon as application dates opened and waited and waited and when i realised no that there is something not right after numerous phone calls i decide to go into the actual campus. As i get there, a Man by the name Neo was standing at admissions and was busy assisting me. I started getting highly frustrated as i have explained numerous times that there is something wrong with my online application, The wonderful lady at the back of the office heard my frustrated tone and asked him to send me to her so she can assist. and so she did. I want to thank both Neo and his head of admissions for being so helpful when i was really starting to feel dispondent. People should be praised as they delt with my frustrated tone in such a professional and assisting manner. Thank you FADA staff!!
