Accounting student refused to go back to school

My brother is currently doing his second year Diploma in Accounting, He app**** for Nafsas lasy year which rejected him saying due to not meeting academic criteria, when we got his marks he had recieved distinctions so I called Nafsas and they said sorry and system errpr and they will put him on waiting list.<br> <br> I went to consult with the Finance department at Soweto Campus a coloured lady who is in charge to explain the situation as he needed to return to proceed with his second year. She told me I had to pay last years school fees and registeration for this year and as I explained to her that I'm trying to assist and can atleast pay registration for him and further make arrangement for last years school fees as The head of Accounting had no problem registering him late as he was one of the academic student there.<br> <br> This lady gave me a hard time told me my brother must sit at home and see next year...That I dont understand why UJ cant make means for academic students to further thier studies just because of Finance, she did not show care what so ever and those are the people they hire to assist students
