No helpdesk or professional communication😭😭😭

My child registered and we pay R3500 registration fee but then there was exclusion couldn't contue with registration. We have sent numerous email requesting refund but with no luck. The only response we receive is that proof of account was duplicated of which it was their system. There's no way that we were going to upload 204 documents within minutes. We sent email requesting them to cancel the refund process so we can start a new one. No response no assistance, no answer when we call. I am glad my child got space somewhere else. This University is a ****mer😭😭😭. I wonder what are they teaching our kids as they do not have communication and customer services.
