Disappointed Parent

I'm very disappointed In the functionality of this Forthare. My daughter app**** to do her degree with the She paid the application fee including the residence application fee. Up to now we never got a response from them since last year. We were never told why we didn't qualify. They jus kept quiet like that. It's so sad. Is this how they milk us our monies. Atleast we should have been told why she doesn't qualify.
