Application System is Always down

After 3 weeks of trying to apply online, I've failed, Your online application system is down and unresponsive. the worst part is I have paid your online application fee only to find out your online applications do not work. Called your offices to have no one pick up and only your library picks up to no assistance. For yourselves to call yourself an International University is a ****. I wouldn't recommend anyone reading this to have a friend or family apply online you will be wasting your time and money. Please take down your website and put it back up when you are prepared to be an actual University
