What an absolute pleasure to work with Universal

We recently worked with Universal Kitchens on a big project that included custom vanities for five bathrooms, built-in cupboards, a coffee station, TV cabinet, and room dividers. After doing a lot of research and comparing companies, Universal ticked all the boxes.

They visited the site multiple times before putting together a detailed proposal that matched our vision perfectly. Even though we had our own ideas and did plenty of homework, they still managed to surprise us with fresh, creative suggestions we hadn’t considered.

Quality control was taken seriously, with regular site visits to make sure everything was up to standard — and as people who care a lot about the small details, we were seriously impressed. In fact, they exceeded our expectations in every way.

We also had the chance to visit their impressive factory, which is full of the latest tech. Even though they're clearly running a large and busy operation, we always felt like we were getting personal attention.
