UNIVERSAL KITCHENS TERRIBLE SERVICE!

The worst service, workmanship, feedback, customer service EVER!!!! Have been trying to get a PROPER kitchen install from them for 2 weeks now after it was initially delayed by THEIR factory.....THEY keep on changing design and colours as THEY want (not as agreed) and if somebody eventually replies it is always a factory fault and they will rectify it then the SAME colour comes back ...Everytime a couple of days delay...Kitchen not even installed yet and wrapping already pulls away then I had to hear from Elizma...so called designer..........that they have a 5 year warranty?? Really???? Brand new kitchen not even finished yet and we must already fall back on a warranty??????????????? Everybody is always in a "MEETING" when we phone so that is just pointless!!! Seems whatsapp are their way of communicating and only when they feel like replying with a sorry, will fix, factory mistake..........We paid upfront for 3 kitchens with them and kitchen nr 1 is a disaster so I am trying to get my money back for other 2 but that seems near impossible as they are now ghosting us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!
