Unhappy with service

Shocking workmanship, bad attitude and an even worse after sales service. Really disappointed with them, shame! My kitchen started falling apart hardly a week later after they eventually completed it. I was promised a Smeg hamper and it was never delivered. When I called them to report the things that were falling apart, they promised to come but I'm still waiting for them...6 months later!
