Took my concerns seriously and replaced the units with a deluxe version at no cost

From day 1 - quoting and options Melissa kept me fully informed, gave superb suggestions. During the installation, the carpenters were professional and courteous. After the installation I had concerns regarding the weight of my drawer and the slider it was on. At no cost to myself, the unit was upgraded and fitted. No questions asked.
