Shocking quality and service

<p>Last year we did renovations on our home. We made an upfront full payment to Universal Kitchens for them to install a new kitchen in our home. This secured us an upfront discount, but has given us nothing but grief and pain since. Universal was late in installing out kitchen, with the installer used of sub standard quality. We were promised something and it has certainly not been delivered and now, because they have our money, the owner and his employees are not interested in fixing the snags we have pointed out to them on more than one occassion. Are calls, emails and requests are ignored and we are left with snags in our kitchen that has left a bad taste in our mouths that we have paid a lot of money for. I would not recommend Universal Kitchens to anyone.</p>
